Global MBA
The IBR Global MBA is a combination of on-site sessions and practical in-company projects. It serves as an excellent illustration of a truly work-integrated MBA programme, drawing from the experience of the German dual-education system. We conduct six weekly on-site sessions with IBR MBA faculty members across Europe, Asia, Australia, America, and Africa. The location of these on-site sessions depends on your country of residence. With a maximum of 20 students, our classes are intentionally kept small to facilitate personal interaction between professors and students.
In addition to the on-site sessions, assignments are designed to enhance your workplace's overall performance, thus providing tangible benefits for both you and your employer. Each assignment is accompanied by a tutorial session, during which our faculty provides professional and academic coaching to you.
There is no better way to learn
"There is no better way to learn" than through the simultaneous practice of working and studying. This entails overseeing in-house projects for either yourself or your sponsoring company while being coached from our faculty, who are actively involved in both the business and academic communities. This method allows you to leverage the knowledge you acquire to generate fresh insights that can be immediately implemented in your workplace, leading to the development of new solutions, products, and services.
Consequently, both you and your sponsoring company reap immediate benefits. It's important to note that if you fail to demonstrate a financial benefit to your sponsor that is at least five times the tuition fee, you may face challenges in graduating.
